Overview

As the Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and enhancing the day to day and long-term operational performance of Findon Swim School. Your leadership will drive consistency, quality and continuous improvement across our programs, systems and our overall customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and elevate the performance of the management team to drive operational success
• Oversee day-to-day operations and long-term operational strategy
• Drive consistency, quality and continuous improvement across programs, systems and customer experience
• Monitor and conduct Performance Reviews and staff meetings
• Travel between three locations as required

Leadership & Communication

• Ability to lead and work within a team environment

• Great oral and written communicator

• Monitor and conduct Performance Reviews and staff meetings

• Be an active contributor in our Strategic and Operational Management teams

Operational Skills

• Systems management, development, implementation and monitoring
• Data entry, IClass Pro Software, RosterElf and Microsoft Office software
• Enhanced technical skills
• Marketing development (Loomly/Facebook and Publisher experience would be very beneficial)
• This important role will need occasional travel between our three locations.
