We're hiring immediately for experienced, passionate, and people-focused swim teachers to join our small, expert team at School of Little Swimmers in Klemzig.

Who We're Looking For

This role is for someone who:

  • Communicates with ease – you know how to build trust with kids and parents.
  • Loves teaching – you're passionate about skill development and student progress.
  • Is adaptable – you respond well to change and kids' needs on the fly.
  • Values personal growth – you're open to learning and feedback.
  • Can commit to regular hours – especially on weekends.
  • Experienced swim teachers are strongly encouraged to apply, but we're also open to the right person who wants to become qualified and begin their swim teaching career with us.
