The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of exceptional Google Ads results and experience managing high-performing campaigns. They will be highly analytical thinkers who can identify bottlenecks in campaigns/accounts and execute solutions that drive results to exceed KPIs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement search, shopping, display, and YouTube strategies
  • Analyze daily campaign data to identify areas for improvement and maximize return on ad spend
  • Landing page split-tests and optimization to ensure maximum return on every ad dollar
  • Write high-converting ad copy that exceeds client expectations
  • Set up and manage tracking scripts and conversion event codes
  • Manage and optimize Shopping Data Feeds, minimizing errors and maximizing customizations
  • Collaborate with senior strategists and support teams on cross-channel campaign coordination and performance reporting
  • Liaise with clients to provide detailed reports and ongoing performance improvement plans

Candidates should have:

  • 2+ years of eCommerce marketing experience
  • 2+ years of Google Ads experience
  • A proven track record of exceptional Google Ads results and experience managing high-performing campaigns
  • Exceptional Google Shopping and/or YouTube results a significant advantage
  • Elite level of Shopping feed customization
  • Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills
  • Excellent productivity and prioritization skills
  • Elite communication skills - both written and verbal
  • Team player with a strong focus on client success
Job Requirements

This role requires a high level of expertise in Google Ads, as well as excellent communication and teamwork skills. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
