Lead Renewable Energy Projects

This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team and contribute to the development of renewable energy projects. As a key member of the project management team, you will be responsible for leading the civil engineering aspects of allocated projects, working closely with our acquisitions, development, and construction teams.
Your primary tasks will include:
- Managing the development of and reviewing concept designs;
- Undertaking value engineering and business case optimization;
- Completing due diligence activities on potential new development acquisitions;
- Site selection, contract, and specification negotiation;
- Providing civil engineering technical support and advice to the broader team.
We are looking for a highly motivated individual with relevant qualifications and experience in the renewable energy industry. Key skills and qualifications include:
- A bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant engineering discipline;
- At least 5 years of experience in the renewable energy sector;
- Prior experience in wind farm development is advantageous but not essential;
- Excellent solution-seeking, teamwork, leadership, and communication skills;
- Ability to use initiative and provide solutions to project-related tasks.
