Cafe Manager Position

The Cafe Manager is responsible for leading our vibrant cafe and premium Deluxe Cinema, offering exceptional food and beverage service including alcohol. The successful candidate will oversee the operations of both the cafe and Deluxe lounge to ensure exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the team to embody Deluxe hospitality standards.
  • Management of stock, ordering, and supplier relationships for the cafe and bar.
  • Compliance with licensing requirements for alcohol service, including RSA and RMLV certification.
  • Train, mentor, and manage the team to deliver elevated food and drink options tailored for Deluxe guests.
  • Preparation of staff rosters.
  • Maintenance of strict hygiene, food safety, and customer service standards.
Requirements:
  • Valid RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) and RMLV (Responsible Management of Licensed Venues) certification.
  • Demonstrated experience in hospitality, cafe, or licensed venue management.
  • Passion for menu innovation and continual improvement.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and multitasking skills.
  • Flexibility for evening, weekend, and holiday shifts.
