- Key Responsibilities:
- Developing person-centred care plans & strategies
- Providing comprehensive nursing care & support
- Ensuring timely assessments & reviews
- Leading clinical education & staff competency training
- Driving continuous clinical improvement
- Supporting residents, families & visitors with professionalism
Requirements:
- Minimum two years' experience in a clinical leadership role
- Strong understanding of Aged Care Quality Standards
- Division 1 Nursing qualifications & AHPRA registration
- Up-to-date COVID-19 & 2025 influenza vaccinations
- NDIS Check (incl. Police Clearance)
- Eligibility to work in Australia
