This role plays a vital part in driving the success of our organization through process optimization and innovation.

  • Evaluate current processes, identifying areas for improvement and recommending strategies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Lead projects aimed at improving business operations and deliver results, collaborating with various teams to drive a more efficient and effective organization.
  • Mentor and train staff on lean principles and processes, educating them on how to execute lean techniques.
  • Work closely with senior management to identify and develop annual improvement plans that support the strategic plan and business objectives.
  • Ensure accountability for completion of project commitments through follow-up activities.

Key Requirements:

  • Demonstrate initiative and deliver results-driven projects.
  • Showcase innovative thinking, with a willingness to try different approaches.
  • Possess strong project management experience.
  • Demonstrate knowledge of operational excellence programs and cultural change implementation.
  • Experience in Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) and 5S is an asset.
  • Demonstrate influence and leadership skills to drive change within the organization.
  • Have well-developed interpersonal skills and be a strong communicator (written and oral), able to converse at all levels.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Operations, Mechanical or Industrial Engineering or science preferred.
  • 5+ years' work experience in process improvement and continuous improvement in an operations environment.
