Business Operations Specialist

The Business Operations Specialist will act as a key interface between warehouse operations teams and business stakeholders. The role involves analysing, documenting, and optimising warehouse and logistics processes to enhance operational efficiency and service quality.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate closely with the warehouse operations teams to understand operational workflows, challenges, and strategic objectives.
  • Elicit, document, and manage detailed business requirements, user stories, and use cases specifically related to warehouse management and logistics processes.

  • Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation of business processes and procedures.
  • Provide training and support to team members on business operations processes and procedures.
