Key Responsibilities:

  • Predictive Maintenance Program Management: Manage, implement, and improve vibration, lubrication, and thermography based predictive maintenance programs - including on-site data collection, analysis, and recommendations for rotating equipment.
  • Risk Analysis and Mitigation: Assist with RCM (Reliability Centred Maintenance) and FMECA (Failure Mode, Effects, and Criticality Analysis) to identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Client Plant Improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance client plant reliability, availability, and performance.
  • Team Support and Mentoring: Provide support, mentoring, and technical reviews for team members in predictive and preventive maintenance practices.
  • Maintenance Strategies and Programs: Execute maintenance strategies and programs for clients, leveraging data analytics techniques to seek opportunities for improvement.
  • Troubleshooting and Investigations: Assist with investigations, providing technical input for equipment failures and troubleshooting projects.
