Speech Pathologist

We are seeking a skilled Speech Pathologist to join our team at Ability Action Australia. As a Speech Pathologist, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality speech pathology services to participants in schools, homes, and the local community.
You will manage an allocated caseload, complete therapeutic services in a timely manner, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team. We offer a flexible work environment, excellent remuneration, and opportunities for career progression.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage an allocated caseload and complete therapeutic services in a timely manner
- Deliver speech pathology services to participants in schools, homes, and the local community
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to achieve optimal outcomes
- Mentor graduates and early career clinicians
- Maintain awareness of current NDIS legislation to ensure compliance

Requirements:
- Current certified practising membership with Speech Pathology Australia
- Experience as a Speech Pathologist beyond graduation
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
