Job Title: Early Intervention Speech Pathologist

Salary: $85,000 - $105,000 per annum, depending on experience

About the Role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and passionate Early Intervention Speech Pathologist to join our team in supporting the developmental needs of children aged birth to 12 years. As an integral part of our multidisciplinary early intervention programs, you will be responsible for providing tailored speech pathology services to children with additional needs, working collaboratively with families, and contributing to the growth and development of our team.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Australian recognized tertiary qualifications in Speech Pathology
  • Current registration with Speech Pathology Australia
  • Experience in establishing and maintaining respectful relationships with a range of stakeholders
  • Experience in supporting the developmental needs of children
  • Experience in administering and scoring a range of assessments
  • Experience in report writing and providing feedback to families
  • Ability to work independently as well as within a team
  • Exceptional communication skills, written and oral
  • Proficient using Microsoft Office package and online databases
