About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a Strategic HR Business Consultant to combine strategic thinking with hands-on HR expertise.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide business partnership & coaching to leaders to drive business results;
  • Support hiring managers by overseeing the recruitment process, ensuring compliance with organisational policies and procedures;
  • Manage employee relations matters, providing timely interventions and support;
  • Manage performance and remuneration cyclical activities, ensuring alignment with organisational goals;
  • Support business units in driving engagement activities, promoting a positive work culture;
  • Ongoing talent and succession planning activities to support internal growth and mobility.
Requirements
  • Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources or a related discipline, combined with demonstrable experience working as a HR Business Partner;
  • Experience coaching and supporting senior executives to drive business results, leveraging their strengths and addressing areas for improvement;
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build rapport and trust with stakeholders;
  • Ability to think critically and strategically, identifying solutions to complex problems and implementing effective plans;
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively across teams and levels, fostering a culture of inclusivity and respect.
