- 2+ yrs Industry experience in a Data Scientist, Applied Scientist, or similar role
- Experience in experimental design and analysis
- Experience with dashboarding / visualization (e.g. Tableau)
- Experience working with big data frameworks (e.g. Hadoop, Spark)
- Experience with exploratory data analysis and model building
- Knowledge of underlying mathematical foundations of statistics, optimization, economics, and analytics
- Knowledge of experimental design and analysis
- Model development with understanding of data and business context
- Advanced SQL proficiency
- Proficiency in Python or R or similar language
- Excellent written and verbal communication and stakeholder management
- Excellent judgement, critical-thinking, and decision-making skills
