About the Role

We are seeking compassionate and dedicated individuals to join our team of Home Care workers. As a Support Worker, your primary responsibility will be to provide assistance to our clients, ensuring they receive the care and support they need to live independently and safely in their own homes.

  • Personal care, including personal hygiene and grooming, is an essential aspect of this role.
  • You will also assist with domestic tasks, such as light housekeeping and meal preparation.
  • In addition, you may be required to accompany clients on outings and engage in social activities.

Your ability to communicate effectively, empathize with clients, and work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals will be crucial in delivering high-quality care and services.

Requirements
  • A Certificate III in Individual Support or equivalent qualification and experience are essential for this role.
  • Valid working rights in Australia and a current Queensland driver's license are also necessary.
  • A police check, annual flu vaccinations, and COVID-19 vaccination certificates are mandatory requirements.
  • First aid and CPR certification are highly desirable but not mandatory.
