We are seeking a compassionate and supportive Lifestyle Services Officer to make a positive impact on the lives of our residents in one of Australia's largest independent, not-for-profit providers of home care, retirement living and residential aged care.

As a part-time Lifestyle Services Officer, you will be responsible for creating and ensuring that lifestyle programs are run according to the changing needs of our residents. This includes assisting with personal care, coordinating activities, and maintaining documentation.

  • Design, delivery, and monitoring of group and individual recreational activities
  • Coordinate activities and therapies as directed by the Lifestyle Coordinator
  • Maintain documentation of activities and therapies according to Aged Care legislation requirements

You will be highly organised, able to effectively manage and prioritise multiple tasks, and maintain a high level of professionalism at all times. Strong computer skills, including MS Office Suite, are essential. Excellent communication style and ability to communicate effectively with people of all levels is required.
