About the Role

This role involves supporting a portfolio of financial advisers by managing new applications, ensuring cases move smoothly through each stage, providing exceptional service throughout the policy lifecycle. The successful candidate will handle life insurance policy administration in a customer-focused environment, working closely with underwriting to ensure a seamless experience for advisers and their clients.

Responsibilities:
  • Deliver outstanding, client-centric service to financial advisers and stakeholders.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with advisers to drive client advocacy and loyalty.
  • Manage a personal portfolio of advisers, providing end-to-end support throughout the policy life cycle.
  • Collaborate with team members to share insights and solve problems, supporting a positive team environment.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to improve service efficiency, reduce cycle times, and streamline processes for both the company and advisers.

About You
  • Experience working within Advisor Assistant or Client Services roles is highly regarded.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
  • A strong attention to detail, high level of personal energy, and a drive to succeed are key requirements.
  • The ability to excel in a fast-paced environment, multitask, and meet deadlines is crucial.
  • Financial Services qualifications and industry expertise are highly valued.

  • $80,000 - $83,000 per annum + Superannuation (depending on experience).
