Chief Culture Officer

This strategic position will lead a multidisciplinary team across human resources, workplace health and safety, payroll, and organisational development.
- Drive workforce transformation, foster a culture of continuous improvement, and ensure alignment with the mission, vision, and priorities of the organisation.
The successful applicant will be an experienced executive with:
- 10+ years in senior leadership roles in people & culture.
- Proven success in leading change within complex organisations.
- Expertise in human resources strategy, workplace health and safety, industrial relations, and payroll.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
- A commitment to the values and mission of the organisation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and inspire a high-performing people & culture team.
- Drive strategic HR initiatives including performance, learning, and talent development.
- Oversee WHS systems and foster a proactive safety culture.
- Provide expert advice to the board, director, and executive leadership.
- Champion organisational change and workforce capability development.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, industrial relations, business, or a related field (postgraduate preferred).
- Valid Working with Children Check and a cleared National Police Check.
- Current Australian Driver's Licence.
