About the Job

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Landscaper to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and improving our parks, gardens, and other landscaped areas.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain and improve gardens including annuals, native and non-native species, high-profile areas, traffic facilities and other landscaped areas in accordance with service requirements, service agreements, rosters and programs.
  • Provide recommendations for mulching, watering, maintenance, embellishment and improvement and implement as required.
  • Develop and deliver on-the-job skills training to staff.
  • Identify and report landscape deficiencies and take corrective action where necessary.
  • Provide advice and assistance to management, staff, customers and the community when necessary.

Requirements
  • Tertiary qualifications in Horticulture or a similar field.
  • Current Class C Drivers Licence.
  • Chemical Users Accreditation Certificate or equivalent.
  • Experience in gardens maintenance.
