Job Title: Visualizer of Construction Animation

We are seeking an expert in the creation of high-quality visualizations that bring construction projects to life. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in 3D animation and experience working with clients to develop animation strategies that align with project goals.

  • Leading the creation of high-resolution construction animations using advanced software tools.
  • Developing innovative animation strategies aligned with client objectives and project timelines.
  • Collaborating closely with architects, engineers, and construction teams to visualize complex construction sequences and logistics.
  • Establishing best practices for animation workflows and mentoring junior team members to drive innovation.
Key Qualifications:
  • A strong track record in leadership and communication, with expertise in developing and implementing animation strategies.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in 3D animation, with at least 3 years in construction or similar environments.
  • Advanced proficiency in animation software; Blender or equivalent preferred but not essential.
  • A deep understanding of construction sequencing, visualization principles, and VDC concepts.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Animation, Digital Media, Architecture, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Certifications in VDC, BIM, or animation software desirable.
