  • Mentor junior team members and drive innovation in animation techniques.

About You

You will be a strong communicator with proven leadership in animation strategy and workflow governance. Additionally, you will have:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in 3D animation, with at least 3 years in construction or VDC environments.
  • Advanced proficiency in animation tools; Blender preferred but not essential.
  • A strong understanding of construction sequencing and VDC principles.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Animation, Digital Media, Architecture, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Certifications in VDC, BIM, or animation software.
  • Familiarity with project scheduling tools such as Primavera P6 and MS Project.
