Key responsibilities include:

  • Maintaining Vehicle Stock across multiple Vehicle Brands
  • Manufacturer Incentives/Bonuses
  • Communicating and assisting the Sales Team with sales processes and administration duties
  • New/Used vehicle registrations, transfers and disposals
  • Maintaining Vehicle Delivery Process and ensuring accuracy and timeliness
  • Ensuring errors, inaccuracies and discrepancies are resolved and addressed in a timely manner

Qualifications and Experience

  • Era/Pentana Experience is preferred but not essential
  • History in Stock Control or similar role is highly desirable
  • A positive attitude
  • Great Team Player
  • Ability to maintain professional relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Strong Time Management Skills
  • Ability to perform under pressure
