Vehicle Readiness Specialist

The Vehicle Readiness Specialist plays a vital role in ensuring seamless customer experiences by coordinating the receipt of incoming new and used vehicle inventory at multiple offsite locations.

This role requires effective coordination and communication skills to ensure the timely arrival, inspection, and delivery of vehicles. The specialist must collaborate with internal and external logistics providers to optimize supply chain operations.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate vehicle arrivals, inventory management, and movement between locations
  • Collaborate with logistics providers to optimize supply chain operations
  • Prepare shipping documents and perform vehicle readiness inspections and safety checks
  • Monitor and report any vehicle concerns or issues
  • Arrange and execute vehicle movements, charging, and deliveries as required
  • Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams involved in the vehicle delivery process
  • Troubleshoot and escalate issues to management when necessary
Requirements
  • A valid driver's license in the country of application, with a clean driving history and ability to be insured
  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • Demonstrated strong work ethic and ability to work as part of a team
  • Ability to lift 50-60 pounds
