Our client is a renowned strata management company in Sydney's Eastern Suburbs, known for its innovative approach and commitment to excellence.

Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Strata Manager to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing a portfolio of strata properties, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Portfolio Management: Oversee a portfolio of strata properties, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation.
  • Liaison and Communication: Serve as a primary liaison between Owners Corporations, property owners, and contractors.
  • Maintenance and Repair: Coordinate and manage maintenance and repair activities to ensure timely and efficient completion.
  • Financial Management: Handle financial management tasks, including budgeting, levies, and arrears.
  • Meetings and Dispute Resolution: Prepare for and attend meetings, including Annual General Meetings (AGMs) and committee meetings. Address and resolve strata-related issues and disputes promptly and effectively.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records and documentation for all strata activities.
Requirements
  • Qualifications: Class 2 Strata Management license or higher.
  • Experience: Demonstrated experience in strata management.
  • Legislative Knowledge: Strong understanding of strata legislation and compliance requirements.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Organizational Skills: Exceptional organizational and time management abilities.

Salary Range

$85,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience.
