About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced operational ICT manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience working in an operational environment through ICT management frameworks such as ITIL, SIAM etc.
Key Responsibilities:
- Service Design and Transition: Ensure new and changed services meet established requirements.
- Project Management: Define project milestones, phases, and elements.
- Operational Readiness: Provide input to service design and architectural principles.
- Reporting: Report progress of new initiatives to senior managers.
Requirements:

- Strong Interpersonal Skills: Effective liaison and stakeholder engagement, both verbally and in writing.
- Teamwork: Cultivate productive working relationships across multiple projects and business areas.
- Agile and Waterfall Processes: Adaptability and experience in these processes is essential.
