ICT Operations Manager

This position will contribute to designing a better planet by working with our dynamic ICT team in South Melbourne. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end ICT procurement, ensuring timely delivery of ICT goods and services, and maintaining key registers such as ICT assets, mobile services, and procurement records.
Main Responsibilities:- Manage the procurement process from requisition to invoice, adhering to finance and procurement policies.
- Track orders and escalate delays to ensure timely delivery of ICT goods and services.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of ICT assets, mobile services, and procurement activities.
- Support mobile service administration, including device coordination and data management.
- Assist with expense management and general ICT administration tasks.
- Strong organisational and time management skills to manage competing priorities effectively.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities to work confidently with suppliers and internal teams.
- Attention to detail and accuracy across procurement, invoicing, and record-keeping tasks.
- Able to prioritise and manage multiple demands in a fast-paced environment.
