Clinical Applications and Product Development Manager

The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading the design, development, and delivery of training programs across our business. This involves partnering closely with various functions to ensure our training content and clinical engagements are aligned with our strategic priorities and backed by evidence-based clinical standards.
This role requires a clinical voice to drive alignment on training needs, content quality, and adoption across the entire commercial team. The successful candidate will lead or support the build and management of clinical training frameworks within our business.
- Tailoring content and programs to support our sales force as clinical experts, providing clinical and educational tools and programs to ensure successful understanding and application of our products.
- Responsible for product and clinical presentations to customers and physicians to increase customer knowledge base on our products.
- Partnering cross-functionally to ensure internal and external content is evidence-based, label compliant, and approved.
Additional responsibilities include indirectly leading team members on new assignments and coordinating required activities, delivering clinical components for any strategic projects, and liaising with quality and regulatory teams in response to technical clinical queries and complaints for our portfolio.
To be successful in this role, you will require a tertiary qualification in a medical, nursing, or allied health discipline, a minimum of 8 years of experience in clinical training, education development, or medical affairs within a healthcare or med-tech environment, and strong understanding of evidence-based medicine, label compliance, and regulatory boundaries for clinical education.
