Job Role: Clinical Applications Specialist

This role is focused on providing technical and clinical support to our customers in Australia & New Zealand. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for delivering training and customer service activities, as well as pre-sale product demonstrations and post-installation applications training.

Key Responsibilities
  • Providing expertise across the entire customer journey, from initial contact to ongoing support.
  • Developing and delivering product training to customers, building strong relationships and ensuring they have the skills and confidence to get the most out of our products.
  • Becoming a recognized expert in product and clinical technical competencies, providing high-quality answers to a wide range of questions.
  • Producing detailed reports after training sessions and providing regular feedback on customer satisfaction and needs.
  • Using market and product knowledge to support the sales team in developing sales, marketing, and customer service strategies.
Requirements
  • A Bachelor of Applied Science in Nuclear Medicine or equivalent.
  • EPA licenses S14, IA 27, IA16, or IA16D, or equivalent.
  • Current AHPRA registration.
  • Demonstrated skills in clinical PET/Hybrid CT scanning on current products and platforms.
  • A clear thinker with the ability to interpret and translate complex technical data and systems.
  • Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a team environment.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build effective relationships with stakeholders and collaborate on large-scale projects.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite products.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Strong presentation skills (public speaking and lecture experience desired).
  • Demonstrated ability to understand and present complex material in an understandable manner.
  • Demonstrated interpersonal and communication skills to effectively communicate with external customers, global counterparts, and team members.
  • Solid problem-solving skills to manage and resolve conflicts, communicate issues, and propose solutions to internal and external stakeholders.
