Linux Support Expert Wanted

We are seeking an experienced Linux support specialist to join our team and provide top-notch technical assistance to our clients.

About the Role:
  • Deliver exceptional customer service via phone, email, and web platforms.
  • Take ownership of new cases, ensuring timely updates and resolutions.
  • Prioritize tasks effectively to meet Service Level Agreement (SLA) targets and exceed customer expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Contribute knowledge base articles and maintain existing content.
  • Develop and disseminate technical notices for internal and external communication.
  • Foster collaboration with the team through regular updates and information exchange.
  • IDentify opportunities to enhance our service delivery.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in Linux troubleshooting.
  • Familiarity with at least two of: Linux server administration, programming fundamentals, networking, virtualization/cloud computing concepts.
  • Ability to learn quickly, adapt to change, and handle pressure in a customer-facing role.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Affinity for diversity and effectiveness in a multicultural organization.
