{"About the Role": "Hastings Deering is seeking a skilled Trainer - Operator and Technology Applications to support our award-winning team. This is a permanent, Monday to Friday role that offers a competitive remuneration package and annual salary reviews.

As a Trainer - Operator and Technology Applications, you will:

* Support operational training activities by operating site support equipment to support training activities, conduct site maintenance activities, assist with machine data collection, and undertake trainer development activities
* Develop and maintain training materials
* Develop and maintain delivery programs
* Role model and demonstrate oneHD values and behavior both internally and externally

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide training and support to operational teams
* Develop and maintain training materials and programs
* Conduct site maintenance activities and operate site support equipment
* Assist with machine data collection and undertake trainer development activities

Requirements:

* Certificate IV in Training and Assessment
* Willingness to travel frequently to QLD and NT
* Production operator of 3 or more of the following equipment: large mining dozers, mechanical and electric haul trucks, excavators and face-shovels, graders, large wheel loaders, underground LHD loaders
* Demonstrated CAT experience
* RII or Signed verified machinery skills list (training transcripts)
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
