Job Description

We are seeking dedicated support workers to provide personalised assistance to individuals with disabilities across various locations in the Northwest Melbourne region. As part of our multidisciplinary team, you will play a vital role in helping clients achieve their goals and realise their aspirations.

Key responsibilities include delivering respectful and person-centred support aligned with individualised plans, assisting with personal care and skill development, promoting community inclusion, and collaborating with families and other professionals.
