Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned research leader to spearhead the delivery of high-impact research for commercial and government clients. This role will involve collaborating across multidisciplinary teams, contributing to flagship thought leadership, and shaping the future of decision-making through evidence-based insights.

Your Key Responsibilities
  1. Lead complex quantitative and qualitative research engagements from scoping through to delivery, ensuring strategic alignment with client objectives.
  2. Design and oversee the development of research instruments (e.g., surveys, questionnaires, discussion guides) and ensure robust analytical frameworks are applied.
  3. Translate data into compelling insights and strategic recommendations, using advanced analytics and visualisation tools.
  4. Mentor and coach junior team members, fostering a high-performance and inclusive team culture.
  5. Drive quality assurance across all deliverables, ensuring methodological rigour and client relevance.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 10+ years of experience in market and social research, ideally within a leading agency or consultancy.
  • Proven expertise in quantitative (and qualitative) research methodologies.
  • Strong leadership and project management skills, with a track record of delivering large-scale, multi-stakeholder projects.
  • Exceptional analytical and storytelling capabilities, with the ability to distill complex data into actionable insights.
  • A collaborative mindset and commitment to mentoring and developing others.
