Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain a deep technical understanding of ON24's product features and integrated platforms.

  • Provide strategic consultation, planning, and delivery of customer projects.
  • Event/environment setup and live event support.
  • Event de-brief and strategic review of success metrics.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality project outcomes.
  • Develop and maintain collaborative customer documentation.
  • Lead live remote trainings to enable and empower clients to build personalized digital experiences with ON24.
