As a key member of the healthcare team, you will be responsible for promoting innovative practice across mental health services.
About the Role:This is a critical position that requires exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with multidisciplinary teams. Your teaching and facilitation expertise will drive competency attainment and assessment processes in adult learners.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement educational programs that enhance the competence of nurses and other healthcare professionals.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and maintain policies and procedures related to mental health services.
- Provide coaching and mentoring to colleagues to support their professional growth and development.
