The Role
  • Accountable for achieving state-wide sales, financial, and operational targets.
  • Communicate budgets and motivate staff to drive performance.
  • Enhance stock consolidation and suggest promotional opportunities based on customer insights.
  • Manage administration, stock, and loss prevention controls, ensuring seamless operations.
  • Evaluate staff performance and provide counseling as needed.
  • Collaborate with the Visual Merchandising team to maintain high visual standards and maximize sales potential.
About You
  • At least 2 years of experience in multi-site or area management roles for fashion retailers.
  • Able to thrive under pressure and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
  • An eye for detail and style to uphold high visual merchandising standards.
  • Dedicated to providing exceptional customer service.
  • Skilled at analyzing and organizing stock to optimize sales on the shop floor.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to lead and manage store teams.
  • Motivated to achieve company and personal objectives.
Requirements
  • A current Driver's Licence and reliable vehicle for regional travel.
