Senior Environmental Planning Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to lead the planning and environmental aspects of major infrastructure projects in energy, renewables, or linear infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities:- Liaise with project proponents, planning and environmental authorities, and various stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
- Develop and implement land use assessments associated with project feasibility and business case development.
- Collaborate with project partners, community, traditional landowners, government planning and approval bodies to achieve project goals.
To be successful in this role, you will have demonstrated experience in planning and environmental approvals, including land use assessments, mapping, and transmission siting activities.
Requirements:- Tertiary qualifications in law, land planning, or environmental fields.
- Sound knowledge of the Victoria planning and approvals process and legislation.
- Demonstrated experience in preparing planning, heritage, and environmental approvals documentation.
