Compelling Opportunity for a Dedicated Support Worker

We are seeking an experienced and compassionate support worker to join our team in delivering exceptional aged care services. This is a unique chance to make a meaningful difference in the lives of elderly clients, ensuring their independence and well-being.

About the Role
  • Assist clients with daily tasks, social support, and transportation, prioritizing their individual needs and preferences.
  • Establish trusting relationships with clients, providing emotional support and companionship in their homes.
  • Work independently, managing your schedule while being part of a collaborative and skilled team.
  • Monitor client safety and well-being, reporting concerns to the Coordinator or Admin team.
Your Qualifications and Skills
  • Australian Driver's License, Car Registration, and Comprehensive car insurance are essential requirements.
  • First Aid & CPR Certification is mandatory.
  • You must be willing to undertake and pass a Police Check.
  • Two COVID Vaccinations are required.
