Job Title

We are seeking a seasoned Business Development Professional to spearhead the growth of our Forensic Services.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in expanding market share, developing strategic partnerships, and driving revenue growth.

About the Role
  • Lead business development initiatives to drive sales growth and expand our footprint in the forensic services market.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to develop tailored service offerings that meet client needs.
  • Represent the organization at industry events to enhance visibility and credibility.
  • Identify and qualify new business opportunities through proactive prospecting and relationship-building.
Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and execute a strategic business development plan focused on Digital Forensics, eDiscovery, Incident Response, and Cybersecurity Advisory services.
  2. Partner with marketing, technical, and service delivery teams to drive customer satisfaction and solution uptake.
  3. Maintain disciplined CRM practices and manage the end-to-end sales cycle.
  4. Collaborate with internal SMEs to tailor service offerings to client needs.
  5. Represent the business at industry events to enhance visibility, credibility, and brand awareness.
  6. Identify, qualify, and develop new business opportunities through proactive prospecting and relationship-building.
  7. Leverage your network to engage senior associates, C-suite executives, and corporate stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Relevant degree or equivalent experience.
  • Proven sales track record with a minimum of 5 years in business development or sales roles.
  • Experience working with legal sector clients and/or professional services firms highly desirable.
  • Australian citizenship or permanent residency required.
