We have an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated professional to join our team as a Analyst, Real Time.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing our operational performance standards, ensuring we achieve them while balancing service delivery with financial objectives.

  • Monitor current and upcoming staffing levels to ensure adequate coverage across all areas of operations.
  • Balance service delivery with financial constraints and use a global view to best utilise available resources.
  • Provide insight and recommendations to ECS Managers, EMECS's, Operational Resource department and other relevant stakeholders regarding operational initiatives.

This role requires someone who can think analytically and logically, apply creative solutions to resource constraints and changes with an outstanding attention to detail.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • A strong background in workforce planning methodologies in a contact centre environment.
  • Extensive experience in common metrics genuinely used in a contact centre environment.
  • An understanding of workforce management principles and practices.
