We are seeking a highly skilled Communications and Visual Design Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with senior team members to develop high-impact communication strategies and visual content that align with our brand guidelines and captivate our stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Communication & Marketing: Collaborate with the team to craft powerful narratives and develop marketing strategies that engage target audiences.
  • Visual Content Creation: Design high-quality visuals, renderings, diagrams, and presentations that clarify architectural concepts and reflect business objectives.
  • Brand Consistency & Documentation: Ensure all visuals adhere to brand guidelines and produce comprehensive project documentation.
  • Stakeholder Engagement & Innovation: Partner with stakeholders to understand their needs and incorporate cutting-edge design trends into our communications.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in visual design, communications, or marketing.
  • Proven track record in both traditional and emerging communication practices, as well as communication and marketing strategy.
  • Demonstrated experience in visual design within business strategy or architecture.
  • Strong organisational storytelling skills for both internal and external audiences.
  • Advanced proficiency in industry-standard design software.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, capable of conveying complex architectural concepts in a visually strategic way.
  • A keen eye for detail and a creative approach to design.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders and manage multiple high-profile projects simultaneously.
  • Relevant academic qualifications in Communications, Marketing, Visual Design, or Architecture are a plus.
