Construction Risk Management Expert

To drive business growth, we seek a seasoned professional to join our Construction Risk Management team in Sydney.

The successful candidate will collaborate with senior brokers and advisors on risk management and insurance programs for large contracting and construction businesses. They will build long-term relationships with clients through exceptional service and regular communication.

We are looking for someone who can:

  • Work with senior brokers to understand clients' business needs, focusing on the construction industry.
  • Assist with implementing renewal and broking strategies, including negotiations with insurers.
  • Analyze claims data and produce reports to support claims management and negotiations.
  • Maintain accurate client records and ensure timely production of documents.
  • Address client queries and participate in training sessions.

Requirements include:

  • At least 2 years of experience in broking, underwriting, or legal environments, preferably related to construction.
  • Relevant broking qualifications and studies are preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
