The successful candidate will collaborate with senior brokers and advisors on risk management and insurance programs for large contracting and construction businesses. They will build long-term relationships with clients through exceptional service and regular communication.
We are looking for someone who can:
- Work with senior brokers to understand clients' business needs, focusing on the construction industry.
- Assist with implementing renewal and broking strategies, including negotiations with insurers.
- Analyze claims data and produce reports to support claims management and negotiations.
- Maintain accurate client records and ensure timely production of documents.
- Address client queries and participate in training sessions.
Requirements include:
- At least 2 years of experience in broking, underwriting, or legal environments, preferably related to construction.
- Relevant broking qualifications and studies are preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
