
Exceptional Midwifery Professional Wanted

This role is focused on providing exceptional midwifery care to women, newborns and their families. The successful candidate will be a highly skilled and experienced Registered Midwife with strong clinical skills, effective communication abilities and the ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
- Key Responsibilities:
- • Deliver high-quality midwifery care in an acute hospital setting, promoting safe, efficient and effective practice that reflects current standards and policies.
- • Provide patient-centered care, utilizing critical thinking and problem-solving skills to optimize patient outcomes.
- • Participate in a rotating roster, including evenings, nights and public holidays, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
Requirements:
- Current Registration as a Registered Midwife with the relevant professional governing body.
- Advanced clinical skills and knowledge in midwifery care, with a focus on evidence-based practice.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients, families and healthcare teams.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, manage workload and maintain accurate records.
