Job Summary

We are seeking an accomplished Senior Contract Administrator to drive project delivery and profitability, mitigate risks, and foster effective communication with clients and Project Managers.

  • The ideal candidate will lead and mentor the Contract Administration team, ensuring team members are engaged and supported in achieving exceptional outcomes.

This key role involves:

  • Project budgeting and forecasting, reviewing progress claims, variations, and adjustments for transparency and performance excellence;
  • Completing procurement and contract management processes to ensure contractual adherence and compliance;
  • Liaising with stakeholders and team members to guarantee schedules are met and deliverables realised through collaborative efforts;
  • Documentation management and control, including reporting, to facilitate informed decision-making.

The successful candidate will possess a minimum of five years' experience in a similar role within commercial construction. Essential skills include exceptional communication, interpersonal skills, leadership, development, and inspiration of a team. A commitment to quality outcomes and drive to achieve outstanding results through others are required.

Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and working knowledge of industry-specific tools such as Jobpac, ProcurePro, and Hammertech are advantageous. We offer a generous remuneration package commensurate with experience and a dynamic work environment that balances flexibility and performance.
