Product Analysis Role Overview

This role is responsible for supporting the onboarding of new managed account portfolios, enhancing product documentation, and driving strategic improvements across fees, costs, and disclosure.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the onboarding process for new managed account portfolios.
  • Review and update Product Disclosure Statements (PDS) to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Analyse fee and cost methodologies to identify areas for improvement and enhance competitiveness.
  • Leverage Power BI and internal data to generate business insights and metrics that inform decision-making.
  • Conduct industry research and support due diligence documentation, competitor analysis, and committee processes.
About You

You will be a proactive and collaborative analyst who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You should be comfortable working with data, managing documents, and engaging with stakeholders across the business. A strong commercial mindset and a genuine interest in the managed accounts space are essential.

  • Experience in superannuation, wealth management, or investments, particularly within managed accounts.
  • Strong attention to detail, especially in document preparation and review.
  • Proficiency in Excel and data tools, with Power BI experience highly regarded.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and relationship-building capabilities across internal and external teams.
  • Exposure to product management and PDS creation is highly valued.
  • A curious, collaborative, and eager-to-learn individual who can contribute in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
