Company Overview: IPD Group is a dynamic ASX listed, Australian owned business providing design, development and distribution of electrical products and technologies.

About the Role: We are seeking an experienced Electrical Supervisor to join our team in Campbelltown. As an Electrical Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading site-related day-to-day operations, ensuring correct Safe Work Method Statements (SWMS), daily records, risk assessments etc. are completed.

Salary: $90,000 per annum + superannuation

Key Responsibilities:

  • Liaise with clients and project managers to ensure smooth project delivery.
  • Take ownership of sites for quality of work, efficiencies of other team members under supervision & customer satisfaction.
  • Responsible for all site-related documentation, including SWMS, daily records, and risk assessments.

Requirements:

  • Experience working in the electrical field with HV apparatus.
  • Ability to supervise and manage teams.
  • Hold an electrical A Grade license.
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a dynamic team.
