Electrical Supervisor Role Overview

Addelec Power Services Pty Ltd is a high voltage electrical services provider with extensive knowledge and capability to exceed project needs from design conception through to commissioning. We are seeking an experienced Electrical Supervisor to join our Campbelltown office and lead our high voltage projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and manage high voltage electrical teams across various projects
  • Liaise with clients and project managers to ensure successful project delivery
  • Oversee site-related documentation, including Safe Work Method Statements, daily records, and risk assessments
  • Take ownership of quality of work, team efficiency, and customer satisfaction

Requirements:

  • Experience working in the electrical field with HV apparatus
  • Ability to supervise and manage teams
  • L.V / H.V Switchgear and transformers expertise
  • Experience with testing and maintenance on HV switchgear
  • Hold an electrical A Grade license

What's on Offer:

  • Yearly wage increases in line with Current EBA
  • Option of 1 or 2 RDO's per month
  • All OT at Double time rates of pay
