About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Supervisor to join our team in Campbelltown. As a key member of our high voltage electrical services team, you will be responsible for ensuring that all site-related day-to-day documentation is completed accurately and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Liaise with clients and project managers to ensure smooth project execution
  • Oversee the completion of Safe Work Method Statements (SWMS), daily records, and risk assessments
  • Take ownership of sites for quality of work, team performance, and customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with the project manager to achieve project objectives
Requirements
  • Experience working in the electrical field with HV apparatus
  • Ability to supervise and manage teams effectively
  • Proven ability to work autonomously and as part of a dynamic team
  • L.V / H.V Switchgear and transformers experience required
  • Experience with testing and maintenance on HV switchgear
  • Hold an electrical A Grade license
  • Current driver's license
What We Offer
  • A competitive estimated salary of $120,000 - $180,000 per annum
  • Yearly wage increases in line with Current EBA
  • Option of 1 or 2 RDO's per month
  • All OT at Double time rates of pay
