About the Opportunity

We offer a competitive salary of $85,000 - $110,000 per annum, commensurate with experience, to lead our painting projects to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective surface preparation and painting strategies to ensure durable and aesthetically pleasing finishes.
  • Lead a team of painters to complete assigned projects on time and to customer satisfaction.
  • Select and source high-quality materials and tools to meet project requirements.
  • Maintain a safe working environment by adhering to safety guidelines and company protocols.
About You
  • You have proven experience as a professional Painter or Coatings Specialist.
  • You possess strong knowledge of various painting techniques, materials, and surface preparation methods.
  • You can read blueprints, plans, and specifications, and have arithmetic skills.
  • You can work autonomously and as part of a team, with excellent communication and leadership skills.
