Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, target, and win new commercial cleaning contracts across government and private sectors.
- Use a consultative approach to understand client needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Quote on government cleaning tenders and contracts.
- Manage and grow a portfolio of clients in line with the company's strategic objectives.
- Support new contracts from award through to completion, ensuring performance and profitability.
- Represent the business as an ambassador of our services, values, and customer-first approach.
Working with Our Team:
You will work closely with the Owner / Managing Director and a small but ambitious team, playing a key role in shaping the company's next stage of growth.

Requirements:

- Entrepreneurial drive, persistence, and determination to exceed targets.
- High-level business acumen with the ability to understand people, processes, and strategy.
- Resilience and the ability to thrive under pressure.
- Proficiency in using LinkedIn and modern business development tools to identify and approach key decision-makers.
