Job Title: Application Packaging Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Application Packaging Specialist to join our team on a 3-month assignment with potential to extend.

  • This is a mid-senior level contract opportunity in the IT sector, specifically within the field of Information Technology and IT Services and Consulting.

As an Application Packaging Specialist, you will be responsible for packaging and deploying applications using modern tools and best practices. You will also implement and manage Intune policies for device configuration and compliance, execute tasks efficiently and accurately, and maintain documentation related to packaging and policy deployment.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in SOE engineering, particularly in application packaging, and strong hands-on skills with Microsoft Intune, including policy creation and management.

You will work independently and follow technical direction with minimal supervision, possess excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail, and demonstrate strong communication skills and ability to work in a team-oriented environment.

NV1 Security Clearance is mandatory for this position.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Package and deploy applications using modern tools and best practices.
  • Implement and manage Intune policies for device configuration and compliance.
  • Execute tasks efficiently and accurately, following established procedures and instructions.
  • Maintain documentation related to packaging and policy deployment.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to application deployment and endpoint configuration.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in SOE engineering, particularly in application packaging.
  • Strong hands-on skills with Microsoft Intune, including policy creation and management.
  • Ability to work independently and follow technical direction with minimal supervision.
  • NV1 Security Clearance (mandatory).
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
