About the Opportunity
  • You will join a dynamic team driving strategy and execution for tax experiences globally.
  • As a key member, you will lead cross-functional teams to solve complex customer problems, taking ownership of tax products.

You will partner closely with design and engineering teams to set direction and ensure brilliant execution.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Become an industry expert: Understand how our solutions fit into our grand strategy and future.
  • Be a customer advocate: Dive deep into customer needs through research and insights to shape our product roadmap.
  • Craft innovative solutions: Define problems and test solutions, always with the support of your team.
  • Build strong relationships: Collaborate effectively across functions and with peers in engineering and design.
  • Drive product strategy: Play an active role in developing our product line strategy.
  • Own the product journey: Manage risks, develop roadmaps, establish delivery cadences, and ensure a smooth end-to-end lifecycle for your products.
  • Measure what matters: Monitor commercial and customer results, continually identifying opportunities for improvement.

We are looking for someone with:

  • Demonstrated experience collaborating with diverse stakeholders to realise customer/commercial outcomes.
  • Ability to influence outcomes in various contexts.
  • Understanding of the SaaS / Fintech / Accounting industry and/or adjacent sectors relevant to our business.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing and leading cross-functional teams to deliver customer/business outcomes.
